Reservation is to be made by completing the online reservation form available for each of our properties from www.select-accommodation.ro
After confirming availability, our agent will give you further instructions on how you can complete the reservation process.

Payment and Prices

Payment can be done by bank transfer in advance or in cash (Romanian currency, USD or EURO) when you check in. The payment is to be done for the whole stay at the time of arrival.

For highly requested periods like Easter or New Year's Eve, special prices may apply. For these periods payment has to be done in advance by bank transfer. In case you request one of these periods, our agent will inform you on prices and conditions before confirming the reservation.

Cancellation

In case of earlier departure during your stay, the money cannot be refunded. Refunding possibilities are for our VIP golden card customers only. Refunding penalties may apply depending on the number of days you are cancelling your reservation for.

Your Arrival in Brasov or Sinaia

If you are coming to Romania by airplane you can ask for a transfer from the airport directly to the apartment you rented.

If you are coming to Brasov by train, car or any other method, we will wait for you at the property you rented or we can arrange for a meeting place.

Your Departure from the Property

One working day before you leave we ask that you contact us regarding your departure time. We can also arrange transfers back to the airport.

Personal property

Select-Accommodation is not responsible for any damage to, or loss of, personal property while you stay in any of our apartments. This includes any personal possessions left behind after your departure.

Domestic Pets

Domestic pets are accepted in some of the properties with the permission of Select-Accommodation. Unless otherwise stated in the description of the accommodation, the cost per animal per day is USD 5, and is to be paid in full with the accommodation costs.

Number of People in the Property

It is not permitted to have more than the maximum stated number of people listed in the brochure (including babies and children), in the rented accommodation without the formal agreement of Select-Accommodation.
